To mark this year 16 days of activism against Gender-Based Violence, FIDA EKITI at different times during the 16 days period took it upon herself to introduce this year’s theme “Orange the World: Raise Fund to end Violence against Women and Girls” and to educate individual members of the society such as policy makers, lawmakers and very important personalities in the Society.
The grand finale was today, the last day of the 16 day activism and Human Rights Day. FIDA EKITI at her annual Christmas party for indigent children used colour orange instead of the normal red and green colours of Christmas and all the dignitaries were decorated with orange roses and orange pin lapel.
It was an evening of orange rose and orange pin lapel adornment.
