The annual vacation of Delta State High Court would commence on Tuesday, 1st of August, to Wednesday, 27th September, 2017. Accordingly, the following vacation judges have been assigned to hear and determine urgent matters/cases/suits during the vacation period:
1 Hon. Justice Michael Nduka Obi – sitting in the High Court of Justice at Warri for Delta South Senatorial District.
2 Hon. Justice O. Jalogho-Williams – sitting in the High Court of Justice at Effurun for Delta Central Senatorial District.
3 Hon. Justice Marcel Chukwunnedum Okoh – sitting in the High Court High Court of Justice at Asaba for Delta North Senatorial District.
