Registration has opened for the first ever Law Student National Tournament scheduled to hold in 2019.
In a statement issued by the Law Students’ Association of Nigeria (LAWSAN), the tourney, the first of its kind themed “Promoting Unity Through Sports” is scheduled to hold as follows:
Date: 15th – 20th January, 2019.
Venue: University of Calabar, Calabar, Cross-River State.
The Student body stated that the game being the maiden edition, promises to be a memorable one. With a number of sporting events and social outings and the choice of the city of Calabar which is unarguably the Tourism Capital of Nigeria, the organizing committee is optimistic that participants would have memories to last for long.
They are inviting all Chapter Presidents/ Heads, Law Students’ Society/ Law Students’ Association and law students to register for the game and plan to participate.
They also call on Lawyers, Law Firms and well meaning individuals to support the event with sponsorship.
