Justice Oyefeso of the Lagos High Court had on May 23rd dismissed the suit filed by the former chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Ikeja Branch Mr. Adesina Ogunlana challenging the proposed review of the New Lagos State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules 2019 with a heavy cost of N5m against Ogunlana.
