A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Thursday have granted bail to the embattled young Artist Azeez Fashola A.K.A Naira Marley in the sum of N2m and two sureties in like sum
Justice Nicholas Oweibo also said that one of the sureties must not be less than grade level Ten civil servant and a landed property owner within the jurisdiction of the court. He ordered the prosecution to verify the address of the sureties.
The trial judge adjourned the case to 22nd, 23rd and 24th of October, 2019 for trial.
Recall that EFCC arraigned Naira Marley on Monday 20th of May before Justice Nicholas I. Oweibo on an 11-count charge bordering on cyber crime.
