The President, National Industrial Court of Nigeria, His Lordship, Hon. Justice B. A. Adejumo, OFR pursuant to order 58 Rule 4(2) of the Court Rules 2017 has declared Monday 22nd July to Friday 13th September 2019 as the 2019 Annual Vacation period.
His Lordship noted that Court sitting during the period would only be for urgent applications where the res may be destroyed if not heard by a vacation Judge only.
The Court shall resume for normal Court sitting on Monday 16th September 2019.
