The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Ikeja Branch have called on the newly appointed Lagos State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Moyo Onigbanjo (SAN) to support the call for the review of what they refer to as the “obnoxious” provisions of the 2019 Lagos State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules.

In response, the AG thanked the Ikeja Executive  for their gesture and assured of his office’s cooperation with the branch in ensuring  an efficient justice delivery in Lagos State. He also hinted that the branch would be the first to have visit him.

The executive was accompanied by two  elders of the branch, Mr Jimoh Lasisi (SAN) and Femi Falana (SAN) and were received by the  Honourable AG in company of the outgoing Permanent Secretary and Solicitor General of Lagos State.
