The scheduled inaugural sitting of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal started today. 8th May, 2019 with the five-man panel led by the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa.
In her speech at the inaugural sitting of the tribunal, Bulkachuwa assured Nigerians and the international community that the tribunal would adhere to the Nigerian Constitution, other relevant statutes and “international best practices.”
“Justice will be done to all parties without fear or favour, affection or ill-will,” she vowed.
