Justice Eyo Ita-led Election Petitions Tribunal hearing three matters emanating from 2019 General Elections in Osun State has been fixed Monday, September 2, for judgement.
The three cases slated for judgement were all instituted by the candidates of the All Progressives Congress against candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, who were returned elected.
The APC candidate in Ede Federal Constituency, Mr Adejare Bello had challenged the victory of Mr Bamidele Salam of the PDP.
Mr Daud Akinloye the APC candidate for Ede North State Constituency had also demanded the upturn of the victory of Mr. Adewumi Kofoworola of the PDP, while Mr Olatunbosun Oyintiloye of the APC also challenged the victory of Adeyemi Adewumi of the PDP.
At the sitting of the tribunal on Wednesday, counsel adopted their final written addresses and the panel subsequently adjourned till Monday for judgement in the three cases.
