Trial in the charges filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against the immediate past President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Mr. Paul Usoro SAN was stalled today by the absence of the Prosecution’s second witness (PW2).

The Prosecuting Counsel Mr. K.E Uduak informed the court that the witness, who was scheduled to come to Lagos from Kano on Tuesday had a delayed flight and could not make it to Lagos before today’s proceedings.
