The Nigerian Bar Association Young Lawyers Forum (NBA-YLF) invites all young lawyers to attend the 2021 edition of its Annual Summit in Ogun State.
The YLF Conference seeks to bring to the fore key contemporary issues affecting society and legal practice. It will seek to establish a narrative that will shape the thinking and attitude of young lawyers across Nigeria in the coming months.
The theme for this year’s Summit is “Repositioning Young Lawyers for Excellence in an Age of Digital Disruption, Economic Meltdown and Socio-Political Pressures”.
The Conference has been styled as a hybrid event, that is, one with a physical venue with virtual attendance. It will be held in Ogun State and will be hosted by the State Government and the Ogun State Ministry of Justice headed by the Honourable Attorney-General and Commissioner of Justice of the state.
The Hybrid Summit will feature notable practitioners and other distinguished speakers who will address various topics central to the theme across two days. Confirmed speakers include Prof. Yemi Osinbajo SAN, Mr. Osaro Eghobiamen SAN, Mr. Tobenna Erojikiwe, Inibehe Effiong, ‘Yemi Adamolekun, amongst others.
The Summit will also feature a Virtual Mentoring Session which will see leading practitioners share insights on the business and practice of law.
