Kenna Partners, one of the leading law firms in Nigeria has announced the appointment of two new partners in the firm. They are Justina Fakulude and Nimma Jo-Madugu

Short Profiles of the New Partners

Justina Fakulude

Justina obtained her LLB from the University of Ibadan, her BL from the Nigerian Law School and her LLM from the University of Abuja.

Her core practice areas are intellectual property, corporate and commercial practice and dispute resolution. She advises on business establishments, foreign direct and private equity investments, corporate restructuring, and intellectual property issues.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and a student  member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries (UK)

Nimma Jo-Madugu

Nimma obtained her LLB from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, her BL from the Nigerian Law School and her LLM from Tilburg University, The Netherlands.

Her core practice areas are  Corporate and Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution. She is actively involved in the Corporate and Commercial and Dispute Resolution teams of the Firm. She pays particular attention to the use of good corporate governance practices in ensuring ethical and sustainable business practices are maintained.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
