The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has appealed the ruling of the Federal High Court, Abuja, which set aside the nullification of the suspension of the General Secretary of the Association, Mrs. Joyce Oduah.
In the Notice of Appeal dated 24th August, 2022, the NBA is asking the Appeal Court to set aside the Mandatory Injunction reversing the ratification of the suspension of the GS by the NBA-NEC.
