Respite has come the way of 63 Customer Relations Staff of MTN who were allegedly laid off in an unfair manner as the National Industrial Court has declared that their termination was wrongful.
It would be recalled that MTN Nigeria a leading telecommunication service provider had in November, 2009 sacked the 63 staff.
The legal battle which has span a period of over 6 years was concluded on Wednesday.
