The Federal High court of Nigeria in a publication signed by the Chief Registrar, Mrs. Sulaiman Amida Hassan Esq. informs the General public, Lawyers and Litigants of the Court’s Christmas Vacation for the Year 2023 which shall commence from Monday, 18th of December, 2023 to Friday, 5th of January, 2024.
However, Abuja, Lagos and Port-Harcourt Judicial Divisions shall remain open to the public only for matters relating to enforcement of Fundamental Rights; Arrest or Release of Vessels and matters that concern dire National Interest.
The Court shall resume sitting on Monday, 8th of January 2024.
