In a strategic move to deepen understanding and execution of data protection audits in Nigeria, the Data Privacy Lawyers Association of Nigeria (DPLAN) is set to host a free two-day virtual workshop titled:
“Compliance Audit Returns (CAR): From Pricing to Conclusion”

This interactive training is scheduled for Monday, 26th to Tuesday, 27th May 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM daily, and will take place via Zoom (link to be provided upon registration).

Workshop Focus
Targeted at privacy professionals, legal practitioners, compliance officers, data protection officers, and internal auditors, the workshop will equip participants with the critical tools and insights required to manage and deliver high-quality data protection audits from engagement scoping through to reporting and final deliverables.

• Understand pricing strategies, audit agreements, and stakeholder engagement.
• Discover key success factors for setting up a successful audit.

• Learn the ethics of neutrality, confidentiality, and audit objectivity.

• Understand how to draft impactful audit reports.
• Explore compliance scoring, risk ratings, and handling client feedback.
• Finalize audit deliverables in a professional, actionable format.
