In this vision, instead of plaintiffs and defendants in disputes commenced via originating summons, where oral evidence is usually dispensed with, wait for months or years for judgment, an AI system seamlessly analyzes the filed processes, documents/exhibits annexed, cross-reference them with case law and precedents, statutes, and delivers a judgment in a matter of days or even hours. This efficient AI- powered process aims to tackle the perennial issue of judicial backlog, ensuring that justice is swift and accessible.
AI’s ROLE IN ANALYZING CASE DOCUMENTS.
