QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of five (5) years post-call experience in legal practice

- Competence in handling complex Corporate Commercial, Litigation and Oil and Gas transactions
- Strong leadership and creative problem solving skills
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Detailed oriented with ability to work under pressure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle litigation arising from complex contracts and commercial transactions
Draft and review all kinds of legal documentation
Provide legal advice to clients on sundry statutory/regulatory compliance and other legal issues interface with regulatory authorities on behalf of clients and
Carry out company secretarial services
