The amendment to the Nigerian Bar Association’s (NBA) constitution shall form part of the various activities during the up coming NBA-AGC.

A notice to that effect was issued by the General Secretary Joyce Oduah, FICMC

“Pursuant to the “ Notice of Amendment of the Constitution of the Nigerian Bar Association 2015 (as amended in 2019)” dated 28th September, 2021 and received at the NBA Secretariat on the same day, I hereby give you notice of proposed amendment to the Constitution of the Nigerian Bar Association 2015 as amended and adopted at the Annual General Meeting held in Lagos on 27th August, 2019. The proposed amendment is hereby attached to this Notice. 

TAKE NOTICE that the motion for the proposed Amendment which seeks to amend the Constitution of the Nigerian Bar Association 2015, amended and adopted at the Annual General Meeting of the NBA held in Lagos on 29th August, 2019, shall be heard on Thursday 28th October, 2021 during the Annual General Meeting which shall take place at Yakubu Gowon Stadium, Elekahia, Port Harcourt, Rivers State at 12:00 pm 

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that only the financial members in good standing present and in attendance during the Annual General Meeting shall be entitled to vote.
