EFCC to Arraign Dismissed Judge, Mohammed Yinusa Wednesday

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is set to arraign a dismissed judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Mohammed Yinusa before a Lagos High Court tomorrow (Wednesday) on 5 counts bordering on corrupt enrichment and attempts to pervert the course of justice.

It was exclusively gathered that Justice Yinusa is to be arraigned alongside Esther Agbo, a staff of the Law Firm of Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mr Rickey Tarfa.

As at press time, the EFCC said Esther Agbo is yet to report to the commission for the planned arraignment on Wednesday.

The charges against the duo were prepared by an EFFC Prosecutor, Mr Ekele Iheanacho who is expected to lead the arraignment before Justice Mojisola Dada.
