Federal High Court Begins Annual Vacation July 23

The Federal High Court would embark on its 2024 annual vacation on Tuesday, July 23rd. The vacation will run from July 23rd  through Friday, September 13, 2024.

The Chief Judge announced the vacation pursuant ro  the provisions of Order 46, Rule 4 (d) of the Federal High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules 2019,.

Ccourt sitting  will resume on Monday, September 16, 2024.

While on vacation, the Abuja. Lagos, and Port Harcourt Divisions of the court shall sit to attend to matters of extreme urgency.

Below are the vacation Judges for each division:

Abuja:
1. Hon. Justice Emeka Nwite
2. Hon. Justice Peter O. Lifu

Lagos:
1. Hon. Justice Akintayo Aluko
2. Hon. Justice Isaac D. Dipeolu

Port-Harcourt:
1. Hon. Justice A. T. Mohammed
2. Hon. Justice P. M. Ayua
