Honourable Justice Theresa Ngolika Orji-Abadua of the Court of Appeal is dead.

According to a report by Law & Society Magazine, Justice Orji-Abadua died in the early hours of Friday, 8th March, 2024 at age 64.

She studied law at the London Metropolitan University and was called to the Bar in 1984. She was appointed judge of the FCT High Court in 1996 and was subsequently elevated to the Court of Appeal on February 15, 2008.

Until her death, Justice Orji-Abadua was the Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, Benin Division.
