The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Lagos branch has announced the sudden demise of one of its members, Mr. Victor Ikenna Onwusika.
Mr. Onuwsika is reported to have slumped and died in the early hours of Wednesday, 27th March, 2024 at the age of 50.
According to an obituary notice signed by its Welfare Secretary, Mr. Onwusika was an active financial member of the branch and a member of its constitutional review committee prior to his death.
The notice reads;
With heavy hearts we announce the sudden death of Mr. Victor Ikenna Onwusika. It was reported that, he passed onto Glory earlier today. Until his sudden demise, he was an active financial member of NBA Lagos Branch (Premier Bar) and a member of NBA Lagos Constitution Review Committee.
We pray for the eternal repose of his gentle soul.

Also, members of NBA Lagos branch have continued to express shock and disbelief over the sudden demise of Mr. Onwusika, paying glowing tribute to a man they say was an asset to the branch.
