Industrial Court Registrar, Nilfa Gambo Sworn In as High Court Judge in Jigawa State

One of the foremost registrars of the National Industrial Court, Nilfa Gambo has been sworn in as a Judge of the Jigawa State High Court today 10 June 2024.

Justice Nilfa Gambo was sworn in at exactly 11.50 am by the Executive Governor of Jigawa State, Mallam Umar Namadi at the Government House, Jigawa.

Justice Nilfa graduated from the prestigious Bayero University Kano and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. She proceeded to SOAS, University of London for her Master’s degree specializing in International Economic Law with a focus on Africa before joining the service of the Industrial Court in 2018.

Hon. Justice Nilfa Gambo until her elevation to the bench was a registrar, mediator and research assistant to Hon. Justice Emmanuel Subilim at the National Industrial Court.

In attendance were the Industrial Court Director of Library Service, Mr. Ibrahim Safana; Assistant Chief Registrar, Barr. Aminu Isah, friends and family and a host of others.

We pray God Almighty to give My Lord Justice Nilfa Gambo the wisdom and grace to pilot her new rank.
