Innovating Justice Boostcamp Lagos (West Africa)

HiiL, in partnership with the Ford Foundation, is delighted to invite you to the Innovating Justice Boostcamp taking place in Lagos on 29 September 2016! This event will highlight this year’s semi-finalists for the HiiL SME Empowerment- and Family Justice Challenges.

The justice start-ups were carefully selected from more than 400 candidates from all over Africa. During the boostcamp, the entrepreneurs will pitch their justice innovation, after which the best will be selected and reviewed by a jury. During the boostcamp, the best innovations will be selected and reviewed by a jury, who will advise the selection of finalists who will pitch for the Innovating Justice Awards and acceleration funding worth over € 160 000!

The Innovating Justice Boostcamp will have key-note addresses followed by pitches, panel discussions and interactive working sessions that bring together the different worlds of entrepreneurs, investors, civil society, justice professionals and academia.

The event will hold  at IDEA Hub Lagos, 296 Herbert Macaulay Way, Sabo, Yaba, Lagos, Lagos on Thu 29 September 2016 at 15:00 – 20:30

– Moh Ni Bah (Cote d’Ivoire, Family)

– Just Land (Ghana, Family)

– New Voices Sustain Community Based Paralegal and Village Mediators (Nigeria, Family)

– Insurance Manager App (Nigeria, SME)

– SwiftLaw (Ghana, SME)
