Lagos Judiciary Issues Fresh Guidelines for Virtual Hearing, Increases Fee

The Lagos State Judiciary has issued a notice increasing the fee for Remote Court/Virtual Proceedings to N30,000

According to the notice, only the ACR Litigation – Lagos and Ikeja shall conduct or schedule cases for Virtual Proceedings in both High Court and Magistrates Courts  in Lagos State.
