Lagos Judiciary: New Directive on Bail Management Information System Service

The Chief Judge of Lagos State Honourable Justice K.O Alogba has issued a fresh notice indicating that effective from April 1, 2024, the Bail Management Information System (BMIS) service shall attract the payment of N5000 per Surety.

Additionally, Sureties are directed to submit their NIN along side other verification documents to the BMIS  offices located at the various Magistrates Courts
