The Hon. President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Benedict Kanyip, OFR has declared Monday 31st July 2023 to Tuesday 26th September 2023 as this year’s Annual Court Vacation.
Justice Kanyip made the declaration pursuant to Order 58 Rule 4(2) of the National Industrial Court Civil Procedure Rules.
Hon. President further declared that there will be no normal Court sitting during the period except for urgent applications to be heard by a vacation Judge.
Justice Kanyip also stated that normal Court sitting shall resume on Wednesday 27th September 2023.
