The President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, His Lordship, Hon. Justice B. B. Kanyip, Ph.D, FNIALS has declared Monday 6th April 2020 to Friday, 17th April 2020 as Easter vacation holiday.
His Lordship made the pronouncement pursuant to Order 58 Rule 4 (1) (b) of the NICN Civil Procedure Rules, 2017.
Justice Kanyip further stated that there will be no Court sitting during the period except for urgent applications, where the res of a case may be destroyed if not heard by a vacation Judge.
Lastly, Normal court sitting shall resume on Monday, 20th April 2020.
