NBA-CLE Webinar: Intellectual Property Rights, Media and Technology Law Practice Training for Lawyers

Dear Distinguished Colleagues,

On behalf of the Board of the NBA Institute of Continuing Legal Education, I am pleased to invite you to participate in the Second Edition of the NBA- ICLE Intellectual Property Law Training. You would recall that we ran an introductory Intellectual Property Academy sometime in March 2021.

The current training will start tomorrow, Tuesday, 18th April 2023 at 2pm, continue on Wednesday 19th April at 2pm, with the last session on Thursday 20th April at 2pm. The sessions will be facilitated by notable Intellectual Property Law Practitioners including Prof Bankoke Shodipo, SAN, Mr Femi Agaba, Chinasa Uwanna, Nta Ekpiken, Simi Oyelude and Uju Otudor.

Note that in the coming weeks, we will have other practical trainings on Arbitration Practice, Criminal Procedure, Digital Transformations (with Allen & Overy), Project Finance (with Akin Gump), Medical Law, Petroluem Law and Energy Transition, The Africa Continental Free Trade Area Agreement and associated matters, Insolvency and several others. Details of each of these will be provided in due course.

These trainings are being provided by the NBA at no cost to our members and we encourage you to participate in the capacity building and empowerment sessions.
