To consider, and if necessary, pass a Resolution to adopt the Branch Bye-Laws adopted in 2003 for the conduct of the 2017 Branch elections and the general management of the branch affairs.
To consider, and if necessary, abridge the time for the opening of nominations, displaying the register of voters and all other matters incidental to the conduct of elections under the branch Bye-laws
