In the statement, the Chairman, Mr. Olabisi Makanjuola, mentioned the actions that have been carried out by the Executive Committee of the Branch after they became aware of the incident.

Ms. Oduak, though not currently a financial member of the Branch has attended a couple of meetings of the Branch. Hence, the Executive Committee will ensure to liaise with the National Welfare Committee of the NBA on the welfare of Ms. Oduak.
