NBA Releases AGC 2026 Fee Schedule, Encourages Early Bird Registration

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has officially released the registration fee schedule for the 2026 Annual General Conference (AGC), themed “Beyond Limits.”

The Conference is designed to be inclusive, progressive, and reflective of the diverse realities within the legal profession, with a structured fee regime that accommodates lawyers across all post-call categories, members of the Bench, senior practitioners, international delegates, and virtual participants.

Members are encouraged to take advantage of the Early Bird registration window, which offers significantly reduced rates, while virtual participation remains free for lawyers of 1–7 years post-call.

Below is the full breakdown of 2026 AGC Fee Schedule

Early Bird
(16 January – 28 February)
1 – 9 years post-call: ₦40,000
10 – 19 years post-call: ₦75,000
20+ years post-call: ₦100,000
SANs / Attorneys-General / Benchers: ₦250,000

Regular

(1 March – 31 May)
1 – 9 years post-call: ₦50,000
10 – 19 years post-call: ₦100,000
20+ years post-call: ₦150,000
SANs / Attorneys-General / Benchers: ₦350,000

Late

(1 June – 10 July)
1 – 9 years post-call: ₦200,000
10 – 19 years post-call: ₦250,000
20+ years post-call: ₦300,000
SANs / Attorneys-General / Benchers: ₦500,000

Onsite

(21 August – 23 August)
1 – 9 years post-call: ₦250,000
10 – 19 years post-call: ₦350,000
20+ years post-call: ₦400,000
SANs / Attorneys-General / Benchers: ₦750,000

Others (Fixed Fees)
Magistrates: ₦75,000
Judges & Khadis: ₦100,000
Non-Lawyers: ₦150,000
Senior Lawyers (40 years post-call): ₦50,000
International Delegates (Physical): $500

Virtual Participation
1 – 7 years post-call: Free
8+ years post-call: ₦25,000
International Delegates (Virtual): $350
