NBA Unveils LPDC Prosecutors’ Team Led By Charles Ajuyah, SAN

NBA LEGAL PRACTITIONERS DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE (LPDC) PROSECUTORS’ TEAM

In furtherance of the approval granted by the National Executive Council (NEC) of the Nigerian Bar Association, at its meeting held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at Nike Lake Resort, Enugu, for the constitution of the NBA Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Prosecutors’ Team, the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has appointed a team of prosecutors charged with the responsibility of presenting petitions before the LPDC on behalf of the Association, against any legal practitioners whom the NBA Ethics and Disciplinary Committees has established a prima facie case of professional misconduct.

The team shall comprise the following legal practitioners:

  2. Offiong E.B. Offiong, SAN
  3. Akinlolu T. Kehinde, SAN
  4. Tochukwu Maduka, SAN
  5. Oladipo Tolani, SAN
  6. Lawrence Oko-Jaja, SAN
  7. Oladipo Olasope, SAN
  8. Marcel Oru, SAN
  9. Gloria Okoduwa
  10. Ahmed Akanbi
  11. Isa Hassan Nalaraba
  12. Arinze Michael Odiari
  13. Igoh Owhonda-Wopara
  14. Christopher Eiche
  15. Martin Atojoko
  16. Lawrence Erewele
  17. Chukwudi Onyejekwe
  18. Olumide Ogidan
  19. Sherifat Busari
  20. Chukwudi Igwe
  21. Titilayo Precious Soje, Esq.

The team will work in close collaboration with the NBA Ethics and Disciplinary Committees to ensure the effective prosecution of disciplinary matters before the LPDC, in accordance with the Legal Practitioners Act and other applicable rules regulating professional conduct.
