New Legal Year: Register for Lagos Judiciary Webinar on Cyber Offences

As part of the ongoing activities for the 2024/2025 New Legal Year, the Lagos State Judiciary will be hosting a webinar on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 11 am. Themed “Cyber Offences in the Digital Stratosphere: Civil and Criminal Implications, Tackling the Menace,” the session will explore the growing challenges of cybercrimes and their legal implications.

The Chief Host for the event will be the Hon. Justice K. O. Alogba, Chief Judge of Lagos State, while Hon. Justice Bode Rhodes-Vivour, JSC (Rtd.) CFR, will serve as the Chairperson. Distinguished speakers include Hon. Justice Williams-Dawodu JCA (Mrs.) and Dr. Muiz Banire, SAN, both of whom will share insights on addressing cyber offences in the evolving digital landscape.

Interested participants are required to register in advance for the webinar, which promises to be an engaging session on the intersection of law and digital technology.
