The Chief Judge of Ogun State Hon. Justice (Dr.) M. A. Dipeolu has announced that High Courts in the State will be on vacation from Monday, July 15, 2024, to Friday, August 23, 2024. The court will resume on Monday, August 26, 2024, while the Hon. Judges’ leave ends on Friday, September 6, 2024.
Accordingly, the Legal Year Services for the 2024/2025 Legal Year has been scheduled to hold on Monday, September 16, 2024.
During the period of the annual vacation, criminal cases will be heard, while urgent civil motions will be heard subject to the grant of leave of a Judge on the application of both parties to the suit or their counsel.
