The burial arrangement of Dr. Khrushchev Ekwueme, the deceased Partner of, Olaniwun Ajayi LP has been announced.
In a burial arrangement issued by the firm, the burial rites will commence on Thursday, 19 January, 2023 with an “Evening for KUK which is scheduled to hold at the Shell Hall MUSON Centre Onikan Lagos, at 5pm
This will be followed by a Requiem Mass at the Catholic Church of Ascension, near Muritala Mohammed Internatiional Airport on Friday, 20th January, 2023 at 10:am. There will be a Service of Song same day at his Residents both in Lagos and Enugu State at 6pm.
On Thursday, 26th January, 2023 a Valedictory Service would hold in his honour at the Enugu State High Court, Enugu at 10:30am. A Wake Keep will hold same day at the Ekwueme Compound, Amozalla, Egede, in Udi Local Government at 6:pm
His Funeral Mass will hold on Friday, 27th January, 2023 at 10:am at St Cyril Catholic Church, Amozalla, Egede, Udi Local Government, Enugu State. Interment and Reception follows at his family residence
The late Khrushchev was a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice of the firm. A former student of The Hague Academy of International Law and Visiting Researcher at the Harvard Law School, Khrushchev specialized in International Economic Law, and International Dispute Resolution, International Commercial Arbitration, Public Interest Litigation and White Collar Crime Prosecution. He was fluent in German.
