The National Association of Catholic Lawyers (NACL) Lagos Branch held its Annual Dinner on the theme “Governance Public Performance & the Rule of Law on Thursday, 15th September, 2016. The event which was held at the Oriental Hotel Victoria Island was chaired by His Excellency, the former Governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi. Others at the event were: Former Chairman of NHRC Prof. Chidi Odinkalu; Prof. Pat Utomi; NBA Lagos Chairman, NBA Executives and many other dignitaries.
