It was the marriage of the son of one of the Justices of the Supreme Court Justice Paul Adamu Galinje in Jalingo, the Taraba State capital. The Justices of the Supreme Court decided to put serious judicial duties aside to celebrate with their own.

it was indeed an estactic night for the judiciary and the Bar in Jalingo, Taraba State as the entire Supreme Court Justices came to felicitate with their learned brother, Justice Paul Adamu Galinje as his son walks down the isle with his heartrob in Jalingo.
The Judiciary in appreciation of the visit of the noble men of the highest bench organised a dinner to welcome them. The dinner had the Justices of the Supreme Court as
- Honourable Justice Olukayode Ariwola,
- Honourable Justice Musa Dattijo Mohammed,
- Honourable Justice Jummai Bayang Aka’ahs,
- Honourable Justice Kudirat Kekere Ekun,
- Honourable Justice John Iyang Okoro,
- Honourable Justice Chima Centus Nweze,
- Honourable Justice Amiru Sanusi,
- Honourable Justice Amina Adamu Augie and
- Honourable Justice Ejembi Eko.
The Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court, Barrister (Mrs) Hadizatu Uwani and the Deputy Chief Registrar, Barrister Yusufu Babasoro equally came.
On the part of the host, we were fully ready as almost all the High Court Judges led by the Chief Judge, Justice Filibus Andetur ensured his brother Judges were all present, not excluding the Customary Court of Appeal Judges, Khadis of the Sharia Court of Appeal and Magistrates who were there in their number. The Jalingo Bar was not left out as the Chairman of the Bar led the learned men down for the occasion. The Senator representing Taraba South in the Senate, Honourable Emmanuel Bwacha along the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Anthony Jellason led other powerful men for the event.
The night kick starter with the former Chairperson of International Federation of Women Lawyers, Taraba State Chapter, former Chairperson of Magistrate Association of Nigeria, Taraba State Chapter and the Chief Registrar of the Taraba State High Court of Justice, Magistrate Clara Kataps giving a highlight of the event before handing over the microphone to the compere of the night, Bar John Odekina who anchored very well with jokes coming from the comedian of the night, M.c Kenzo. There was enough to eat and drink with entertainment from different cultural troupe in Taraba State before the vote of thanks by Justice Filibus Agya.
