The Chairman , Board of the NBA-ICLE, Mr. Tobenna Erojikwe, on the 26th of September, 2023, released the Application details and guidelines for the NBA-ICLE Mentorship scheme.
The programme is set to enable members of the Bar particularly the participants to have immediate access to an online interactive platform where career development conversations will be held between notable subject matter experts (Mentors) and participants (Mentees).
In the same vein, participants will be entitled to participate in the NBA-ICLE Career Development Mentorship Induction Training Series and also a 12-month, monthly, legal subject matter-specific group mentorship session.
This programme is also set to pair the participants with mentors in their area of practice or interest subject, subject to the availability of mentors and on a first-come, first-served basis.
In addition to this, the NBA-ICLE calls for mentors in a particular subject area whose post-qualification is above 10 years post-call. Interested persons are to send an email containing a short bio to sarah.ajijola@nigerianbar.org.ng and oluebube.nwachukwu@thelawcrest.com in copy.
Similarly, Members who are between 1-10 years post-qualification are encouraged to apply as mentees using the following link:
