It also ensures compensation to the employee next-of-kin in case of death in the course of work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>follow the guidelines below to commence registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>REQUIREMENT<\/strong><br \/>\n* A Scanned Copy of Official Logo\/Seal<br \/>\n* A Scanned Copy of Signature all in GIF, JPEG or PNG Format(Size: 200kb\/200 x 200px)<br \/>\n* All Employees\u2019 Record typed in Microsoft Excel and saved in CSV (Comma Delimited) format for Windows and Windows CSV format for Mac users.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nsitf.gov.ng\/ecs3\/Dummy.csv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener external noreferrer\">Click HERE<\/a>\u00a0to see Sample.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>REGISTRATION<\/strong><br \/>\nVisit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nsitf.gov.ng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow external\">NSITF website<\/a>\u00a0Click on Employer\u2019s Registration and Fill in the following;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Particulars for the business.<\/li>\n<li>Total Staff Emolument.<\/li>\n<li>Business Sector Category.<\/li>\n<li>Details of Employer and Company\u2019s Contact Person.<\/li>\n<li>Upload of Signature and Company Logo. (Ensure the pictures are in the right file format and size).<\/li>\n<li>Click Complete to Submit the Registration.<\/li>\n<li>A Confirmation email will be sent. This email will include the\u00a0<strong>Transaction code, ECS code, Login password and the information filled in the registration process<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the RED inscription by the Left hand of the page.<\/li>\n<li>Or go back to NSITF Home page, click on Employer\u2019s login.<\/li>\n<li>Type in the ECS Code as the Username and the login Password as Password (from the confirmation email) and Log in.<\/li>\n<li>On the Employee Registration Page, perform the following:<\/li>\n<li>Choose file to select the already prepared Employees\u2019 document and Click Upload or Please Click on the CSV document Highlighted in\u00a0<strong>RED<\/strong>\u00a0to download a sample of the document (it is an excel document).<\/li>\n<li>Fill in all required Employee details, leaving the NSITF Employee Number Column blank. Click Choose File to select the document.<\/li>\n<li>Click Upload and Log Out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">An email from<strong>\u00a0donotreply@nsitf.gov.ng<\/strong>\u00a0will be sent. The message will show the\u00a0<strong>invoice number, and the 1% calculation of the Total staff emolument for one year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Note that:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">your total payment is dependent upon your year of Company registration beginning from 30th June 2011 (Startup Period for ECS Scheme) till date. (i.e. 1% calculation multiplied by the number of years since 2011).<br \/>\nProceed to any of these\u00a0<strong>BANKS<\/strong>\u00a0to make deposit or pay online via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/login.remita.net\/remita\/external\/OAGFCRF\/collector\/payments.reg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow external\"><strong>REMITA<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to complete the Registration. Or to find the list of Banks click on Resource Documents link on the Main menu of the Homepage, then Click on ECS Bank Collection Accounts on the left-hand corner of the page.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>FINAL STAGE<\/strong><br \/>\nThen proceed to any NSITF branch offices close to you with the duplicate of your<br \/>\n1. Deposit slip<br \/>\n2.
