KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax, and advisory firm, has launched KPMG Law US<\/strong>, a subsidiary dedicated to providing legal services, making it the first Big Four firm to establish a law firm serving the U.S. market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the legal services sector undergoes rapid transformation, businesses are increasingly seeking ways to enhance their legal operations for a competitive edge. According the notice issued by the firm, KPMG Law US<\/strong> aims to meet these evolving demands by integrating KPMG\u2019s advanced technological capabilities with legal expertise, delivering AI-powered solutions and digital innovation to help legal departments operate more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statement noted further that the new firm will build upon KPMG\u2019s existing Legal Business Services practice, offering legal managed services, legal operations consulting, and legal technology solutions. It will also collaborate with KPMG\u2019s global network of law firms operating in over 80 jurisdictions, expanding its reach and ability to provide comprehensive, technology-driven legal services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
